ASMI Diamond Awards celebrate marketing & sales excellence in non-prescription medicines industry
14 July 2015 -Entries are now open for the 2015 ASMI Diamond Awards for marketing and sales excellence - the premier awards of the non-prescription medicines industry.
Australian Self Medication Industry (ASMI) Marketing and Business Development Director, Filomena Maiese, said the Awards, which are open to all ASMI members, honour manufacturers and suppliers who excel in consumer healthcare marketing and sales.
"The Marketing Awards recognise Quality Use of Medicines (QUM), innovation and marketing best practice. They recognise and reward companies for innovative and leading-edge creative work.
"The ASMI Diamond Awards for marketing excellence offer entrants the opportunity to highlight their creativity and effectiveness by showcasing innovative aspects of their brand campaigns such as the campaign challenge, strategy, execution, health literacy focus and outcomes," said Ms Maiese.

The ASMI Diamond Sales Awards will recognise ASMI member field sales teams for excellence in pharmacy service and sales initiatives. Unlike the marketing awards, no entries are required. Rather, ASMI, partnering with pharmacy research provider Industry Pulse, will use annual results from the Industry Pulse pharmacy survey to determine winners in the Sales award category.
